Hello friends! Long time, no post. I apologize. Blue Daisy is a fun past time for me. I have a somewhat full time job outside of being a mommy which is my number one job. I am afraid Blue Daisy takes the back burner all too often. I am always filling orders within the 24-48 hour window when you purchase on etsy, but I haven’t been great with freebies or updates on the blog.

Freebie and a SALE!

Long time my friends, long time. Who else’s summer has been crazy busy? I am not complaining. It’s been a good summer. I feel like I have neglected Blue Daisy however. So I will try to make up for it with a sale.

Angela and I had big ideas for a great Christmas in July sale, and it’s getting close to the end of the month and we have yet to do anything. So instead, I will do another coupon deal. Earlier this month I did that for the 4th of July holiday (USA) and I couldn’t believe how fast the coupons went! I will be sending that out via email so if you are not on our email list, get added! Our latest freebie is a custom request from a customer. It turned out fun so I thought I would share it with you. All colors can be changed if you are somewhat savvy with Photoshop. You can also change the size to 10x10, 12x12, etc. Enjoy!

“Remember” Freebie

Here in the US of A we are celebrating Memorial Day this coming Monday. Memorial Day, for those not from around here, is a holiday to remember any who have passed on. It started as a day to commemorate fallen soldiers and has expanded into a weekend long holiday to not only remember those that have served our country, but also any family or loved ones that have passed on.

New Storyboard in the Shop!

So, I have pretty much been MIA for the last 3 months.  Back in the end of November my father had a brain aneurysm rupture, which he had to have brain surgery for.  He is recovering well, but he still has a long road ahead of him.  I have spent countless hours with him….which is why I have not added to the shop or done freebies, or even filled orders.  I meant to get this storyboard out before Valentines, but wasn’t able to find the time.  Although, I think it is still a fun storyboard for any time of the year! 

Anyway, with that said, I also would like to thank Malinda for her patience with my absence!!  :)
